forty6ntwo asked: i know exactly what you mean about not being able to eat ~ for now stay hydrated, make sure you drink things with sodium and potassium (gatorade, fruit juice) and relax. when you can eat, eat something made with enriched grains bc they are fortified with vitamin B1 B2 and B3 which will help return your appetite to normal. don't force it good luck & feel better xo
